The Glassblowers of Arcadiya The Azure Lamp

Max Canuk isn’t your average eleven-year-old—he’s a glassblower, part of a rare magical community where people shape glass using magic. In Nemesh Village, home to the only glassblowing community, life is carefully controlled by the rulers of the kingdom of Arcadiya, who decide what kind of magic glassblowers are allowed to use.

Until the day it isn’t.

When a shadowy sorcerer known as the Nejter attacks the busy shuk where Max and his best friend Layna’s parents are meeting, a strange and powerful blast rips through the marketplace. In a single, violent instant, their families vanish—torn from reality and cast into a place no one has ever returned from.

Refusing to give up, Max and Layna set out to find their families, joined by their classmates Jaicara and Hassan. Their journey leads them far beyond the safety of Nemesh Village into strange, magical parts of Arcadiya they’ve only ever heard about in stories.

As they chase whispers of the impossible, they’ll face danger, discover secrets, and learn that being a glassblower might be more powerful—and more important—than they ever imagined.
